Andrew Dudley interviews Mathieu Schwartzenberg of the French Development Agency (AFD) to discuss their upcoming $15m fund for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
AFD was originally founded in 1941 by Charles De Gaulle in London and is the longest-serving aid agency in the world. It has supported over 4000 projects in 115 countries.
